Philippa is an expert in Social Work , knowledge in community profiling and engagement in community development have afforded me the experience to work with people with diverse social and economic backgrounds. Again, having had my second degree in Human Resource Management and as a member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators Management Consultants and with continuous training and professional educational workshops, my skills and knowledge in proposal writing, organizational development and human resource related issues have heightened.The passion to bring positive impact in areas i find myself has motivated me to take up leadership roles among senior and junior staff and i also provide voluntary assistance whenever the need arises in program organizations and implementations.Further, my determination, dedication and hardwork have provided me with opportunity of rising through the ranks of becoming an Assistant Registrar at UENR. Together with a united force, i pray we achieve the main objective of this project.
